  • First Class International Standard Shipping is an estimated 10-21 business days

International orders shipped with USPS or DHL containing a tracking number starting with RZMAS can be tracked through Asendia. The Asendia system allows full visibility tracking between both shipping countries.

Please allow for 1-2 business days for any order placed at rzmask.com to be fulfilled and shipped. Once shipped, estimated delivery times begin.

Due to COVID-19 many customers are experiencing or will experience delays in shipping times.

International Customers: Please Note That You Are Responsible For All Duties/Taxes/Fees With Regards To Import Into Your Country. Duties and Taxes Paid Upfront are Non-Refundable.


RETURNS:

If you are looking to return your order for whatever reason we are here to help! Due to the nature of this product, we are not accepting exchanges, only returns. We offer returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Please note this process does not apply to manufacturing defects or warranty issues. Please see our warranty policy.

At RZ Mask we prioritize the health and safety of our customers and team members. For hygiene and safety concerns we cannot refund an open product. All items must be unopened and in their original packaging and have tags intact to receive the full refund of the merchandise value.

Please contact support@rzmask.com with your order number and a photo of your issue to receive your return authorization to start the return process. You will need advance authorization to process your return. For returns within the United States, we will provide a return label; therefore shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded. For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the package back to our facility; therefore shipping charges from the original order will be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for returned orders to be processed.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

RZ Mask strives to get our customers the products they order as quickly as possible! When an order is placed, it automatically moves to processing right away. Because of this, we are unable to edit, add to, or cancel an order once it has been confirmed and placed. If the order has been fulfilled and shipped, you must complete the Return process in order to receive a refund.
